ALFA ROCOCO WORK WITH IMPOSS ON « EXIGEANT »
Montreal, Friday, July 19, 2024 - In the midst of a jam-packed summer of shows across the province, the Alfa Rococo duo present “Exigeant”, the third single from their forthcoming fall album. The collaboration with Quebec hip-hop legend Imposs (Muzion) marks a new sound palette for the group.
Produced in tandem with gifted producer Realmind (Loud, Eli Rose), the song “Exigeant” features a deft blend of electro beats and Caribbean instruments that transport us to a warm evening in a tropical city.
The song delicately addresses the weight of the burdens we carry on our shoulders, from which we would like to free ourselves to lighten our existence.
Imposs once again offers us an epic verse that traces all the trials of life linked to performance and the demonstration of success. “Exigeant” invites us to remember that the real strength of existence lies in living life to the full without the weight of all those burdens we often needlessly impose on ourselves.
