NEW PROJECT RENZO RIVOLTA PRESENTS « BLEU ÉLECTRIQUE »

French touch meets Texas heat. Renzo Rivolta is a Montreal duo led by two established producers and long-time collaborators, Max-Antoine Gendron (Geoffroy, Dj snake, PrinceClub, Marie-Mai and others) and Jay Lavigne, also known by the pseudonym SAENS (Marie-Mai, Zoe Sanders, Tom Eliot).

Having garnered several million listens with their respective projects, the two creators built this unique proposition with a single goal in mind: to push musical boundaries, highlight different subcultures and ultimately create a unique style for themselves.

The song "Bleu électrique" is inspired by the idea that you are your own worst enemy. Imagine a character in a film who, while out clubbing, gets under the influence of alcohol, then looks in the mirror and sees a reflection of himself - vice. Electric blue represents the color of vice and excess.

Renzo Rivolta draws inspiration from artists of the 60s and 70s such as Marvin Gaye and Nile Rogers, and more modern artists such as Kavinski and Justice, to name but a few.
