A dazzling success and a new music video for Louis-Étienne Santais
As he crossed the impressive million streams milestone on Spotify earlier this week with his first single "Augustines" released on August 14th, Louis-Étienne Santais presents today a breathtaking music video for "La plage du Nord".
It is an unexpected success for the one who launched his first solo piano project barely a month ago. From the very first week, the Quebec City-based composer and producer has made a remarkable ascent by carving out a place for himself on Spotify. His first piece, "Augustines", quickly made its way onto the most influential instrumental playlists such as Peaceful Piano (6M subscribers), Instrumental Study (1.35M subscribers), Perfect Concentration (664,000 subscribers) and many others.
This week, he gives us shivers once again by unveiling fascinating images for "La plage du Nord".
Co-directed by Louis-Étienne Santais and Alexis Pageau, renowned outdoor photo director, the clip reveals grandiose Nordic images and captivating textures of a dark azure blue that naturally complete the piece. Like this most evocative piano composition, the musician takes us on a journey across the black sand beaches and glaciers of Iceland, through the mountains of Canada and Patagonia. A stunningly beautiful music video to make you dream!
