In collaboration with New Bleach, MILLIMETRIK UNVEILS a first single
After winning the Félix award for Electronic Music Album of the Year at the ADISQ Gala 2019, Pascal Asselin alias Millimetrik is back as he launches today "Sunlight at Bay of Plenty", the very first single from his new album "Sun-drenched" which will be released on May 28th.
For this first release, the veteran of the Quebec electronic scene calls upon the vocal talents of Dominic Pelletier from indie band New Bleach. The result? "Sunlight at Bay of Plenty" is one of the most contemplative tracks of the album, but it still keeps the main thread of this opus, that is to say the light, the festivities and the house music-inspired tempos.
"For me, this first single represents a great entry point for the album. We let ourselves be carried away on a journey where the dream and the dance floor meet in a perfect setting. "
Millimetrik also unveils a burst music video; an artistic work by Jeff Malo featuring beautiful images of New Zealand's famous Bay of Plenty. A contemplative video in perfect harmony with the powerful voice of singer Dominic Pelletier (New Bleach).
