A Tarantino-style music video for Caravane
For their last single from the album Supernova, released in 2018, Caravane treat themselves with a completely badass music video, strongly inspired by the work of Quentin Tarantino.
For the occasion, the band trusted the director Antoine Bordeleau to produce a clip that is both aesthetic and violent, a happy mix of references to Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill.
There's no doubt about it, the universe of the famous American director blends well with the raw strength of Karma's rock, his omnipresent electric guitar riffs and the vocal prowess of singer Dominic Pelletier. A powerful song that reflects man's thirst for more and more, an eternal dissatisfaction that will eventually lead him to his doom.
And the quartet has exploited this idea very well by personifying criminals with tragic destinies in this music video, while we must underline the important collaboration of the famous Quebec actress Chantal Fontaine, better known for her role as Virginie in the series of the same name.
